Centurion: Litigation Secretary (Raf)

Hennopspark, Centurion: LITIGATION SECRETARY (RAF) & PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTORS

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional, highly organised and detail-oriented female (aged 50 years maximum)

-Fully bilingual with good business English proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans preferred)

-Minimum 5 years recent experience as a Litigation Secretary at a law firm a must

-Recent experience in Third Party Claims / Road Accident Fund matters a must

-Strong understanding of Civil Litigation process a must

-Independently functional in a remote environment, and able to manage multiple priorities

-Computer literate in MS Office, Court Online, Caselines and AJS

-Strong organisational-, time management- and prioritisation skills

-Able to work in a fast-paced professional environment

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-Residing in / near Centurion (within daily commuting distance)

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Personal Assistant duties to 2 Directors (including business and private affairs) in separate businesses

-Handling of Civil Litigation, RAF Litigation and Third Party Injury matters

-Drafting of various pleadings and notices, date applications and basic legal drafting

-Managing property portfolio and personal property rentals, and all aspects related thereto

-Manage correspondence between clients and other legal staff and representatives

-General litigation- & legal administrative and secretarial duties and support

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
