Requirement Description & Experience:

Client is looking for an experienced application developer to join the team. The qualified candidate will be participated in Client's initiatives of designing, developing, and coding a web-based application including web services/API's and other integrations through SQL and/or Oracle database system and third-party systems. This role will also collaborate with an internal and external stakeholder to meet Client's objectives and successfully deliver projects.

This position will function as a programmer 4 that include:

Utilize the software development lifecycle to implement technology solutions that create and enhance applications.

Proven hands-on experience of relational databases, SQL, Oracle, and database programming.

Proven hands-on experience of HTML, CSS, .NET and JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, Node.js, Bootstrap, jQuery).

Familiar with HTTP debugging tools like Fiddler and Application Insights.

Meet with business users to gather requirements for software applications. Assess feasibility and make technical recommendations. Define objectives, create requirement documents, application specifications and project plans.

Create and perform unit and systems testing on software developed by the development team.

Inspect, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical design, application code, and configuration parameters.

Produce design specifications, including screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, and printed outputs developed for self and others.

Convert technical design and specifications into functioning components through the development of application code and configuration.

Participate in defining system implementation and user-acceptance test plans.

Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/issues, with ability to lead small groups of IT and business staff for troubleshooting, problem resolution and brainstorming for available solutions.

Provide accurate estimating of the timing of software delivery with improved productivity and repeat processes.

Apply best practices in the design of system processes to support information loads, validations and reporting.

Mandatory experience:

4-year college degree or equivalent technical study

10+ years of Application Development

10+ years of Web Forms Application experience

10+ years of .NET Framework experience

10+ years of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core.

10+ years of Web API and REST/SOAP/ XML/Node.js/jQuery

10+ years of SQL script

5+ years of MVC experience, MV 5.3 is preferable.

5+ years of Angular experience, Angular 9 is preferable

5+ years of Oracle or Microsoft SQL database

5+ Years of UI/UX experience

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Familiar with the Agile Methodology.

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
