Job Description
Customer Service Account Rep Career Changers Welcome! ️
Location: Worthington, OH
Pay: Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission
Background Preferred: Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail, or Service Industry
Tired of the "Double-Shift" Grind?
If you’ve spent years in a fast-paced kitchen, serving busy tables, or managing a hectic retail floor, you already have the most valuable skill in business: The ability to handle people. We are looking for hospitality and restaurant veterans in Columbus who are ready to trade the late nights and "clopen" shifts for a professional career in the high-growth wireless and telecom industry. We don’t care if you haven’t sold a phone before—if you can manage a 10-table section on a Friday night, we can teach you to manage an account.
Why Hospitality Pros Crush It Here:
Better Hours: Say goodbye to 2 AM closing shifts. Work a consistent retail schedule that respects your time.
Higher Upside: In a restaurant, your tips have a "ceiling." Here, our uncapped commission means your earning potential is as big as your hustle.
Transferable Skills: Your ability to read people, solve problems on the fly, and stay positive under pressure is exactly what our customers need.
Career Path: We are looking for leaders. Many of our top managers started exactly where you are—looking for a fresh start in a new industry.
What You’ll Do:
The "Host" of the Store: Greet customers, make them feel welcome, and guide them through their wireless and telecom options.
Consultative Sales: Use your "people skills" to listen to what a customer actually needs and match them with the right plan.
Problem Solve: Handle technical questions or billing concerns with the same grace you’d use to handle a "wrong order" at a table.
Grow: Participate in leadership training and mentorship designed to move you into management.
Who You Are:
The Veteran: You have 1-2+ years in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume service roles.
The Communicator: You’re outgoing, empathetic, and can talk to anyone.
The Professional: You’re 18+, reliable, and ready to treat this like the career it is.
The Tech-Curious: You might not be a "tech genius" yet, but you’re a digital native who is eager to learn.
