Location: Grove City, OH 43123

Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (OT as needed)

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Interview Hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM only

Work Environment: On-site

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Order Pickers / Equipment Operators to join our team in Grove City, OH. This role requires strong picking skills, equipment operation experience, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates must meet all required experience listed below.

Key Responsibilities

Perform order picking using voice-directed systems

Operate Double Blade Electric Pallet Jack (Ride-On Pallet Jack)

Operate Raymond Stand-Up Reach Truck

Load trucks and pallets accurately and safely

Use RF scanners for inventory and order accuracy

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Work overtime as needed based on business needs Required Experience & Qualifications

Order picking experience

Double Blade Electric Pallet Jack / Ride-On Pallet Jack experience

Raymond Stand-Up Reach Truck experience

Loading experience

RF scanner experience

Steel-toe boots required

Strong work history (9+ months per job preferred)

Ability to speak, read, and understand English (All voice systems are in English)

Monday-Friday

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Overtime based on workload
