Position Highlights Profession: Physician Specialty: Gastroenterology Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Provider Title: Gastroenterologist Request Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Type: Days Shift Details Shift(s) Description: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 20-25 days per month of outpatient clinic coverage needed On Call Requirements: None Responsibilities Setting: Outpatient, Clinic Duties: ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) EVS (Endoscopic Variceal Sclerotherapy) Required Procedures: ERCP EMR System: EPIC Support Staff: Medical Assistant (MA) Registered Nurse (RN) Echo Tech Lab Tech Nuclear Tech X-ray Tech Reason for Coverage: Provider resigning EMR Training EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons) ? Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training EMR Virtual Training & Onsite Training ? Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training.

Virtual and Onsite EMR training will be scheduled the morning of the provider's first day.

Requirements Board Certified in Gastroenterology: Required Active UT License: Highly Preferred Active BLS: Required for credentialing Gastroenterology Fellowship: Required Active DEA: Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked) Ability to Perform ERCP: Required Certification Requirements BLS Board Certified DEA State License Requirements Utah Job ID Job ID: J-239418 Benefits Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of a 4-day workweek with consistent clinic hours.
