Mandatory: Selenium Testing, Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Framework

Develop and own the QA strategy aligned with Project Midas objectives.

Establish QA processes, standards, and governance for manual and automated testing.

Define KPIs and quality metrics to measure success.

Automation & Tools

Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Drive implementation of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.

Team Leadership

Build and scale the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.

Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed QA early in the lifecycle.

Execution & Delivery

Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.

Manage defect triage and ensure timely resolution.

Provide assurance on compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as QA Lead or similar role in large-scale enterprise projects.

Expertise in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter).

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
