Your Role The Maintenance Supervisor will work in collaboration with DC Operations, Engineers, contractors and leadership in order to support both short- and long-term Maintenance strategies.

They provide oversight to maintain the facilities infrastructure and related assets.

Reports to the Manager of Maintenance and provides leadership for Maintenance Technicians.

Your Experience A minimum of five years’ experience in a related Industrial Maintenance environmentGeneral familiarity with Information Systems as related to Maintenance Management, Purchasing and InventoryIn-depth familiarity with facility operations and related proceduresEffectiveness in working within a team/matrix organizationStrong project management skills including vendor and contractor coordinationRequires strong communication, excellent verbal and written communication skillsOpen communication style inspiring collaboration and a happy, healthy culture.Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate and live VS&Co values Minimum Salary : $76,700.00/yr Maximum Salary : $101,955.00/yr VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown.
