+ Assists with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to production performance or process optimization.
+ Support engineers in planning, designing, and testing manufacturing process or product modifications.
+ Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production or quality issues.
+ Prepare and update standard operating procedures, technical documents, and engineer drawings.
+ Conduct studies and assist with line balance, workflow layout, or equipment evaluations.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
+ Contribute to sustainability and waste reduction projects as assigned.
+ Maintain accurate records of project progress and findings.
+ Ensure all work complies with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
+ Present findings or recommendations to supervisors and other project stakeholders.
+ All other duties as assigned.
