Description:

Diversified Systems is searching for a Business Analyst with a comprehensive understanding and experience in the development and documentation of business requirements and related tools. Preference will be given to those with proficiency in Salesforce, as well as familiarity with professional licensure workflows and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Represents clients to ensure business needs are accurately defined and concisely documented as business requirements that are clearly stated and can be specifically tested.

Participates in prioritization and release slotting activities in accordance with program procedures and methodologies.

Understands the business needs and priorities of clients through the establishment and maintenance of professional relationships and attention to detail.

Supports clients in a timely and professional manner with troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Supports team members to balance work efforts.

Understands and interprets functional and technical design documents to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.

Supports clients in user acceptance testing activities, including but not limited to the development and execution of appropriate user test cases.

Requirements:

10 years of experience as a business analyst developing functional requirements and supporting business users (required).

4 years of experience with a college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified business analyst credentials (required).

Oral and written communication skills (required).

Analytical thinking and problem solving (required).

Organizational skills (required).

Ability to multi-task (required).

Salesforce knowledge or similar CRM/ERP software (highly desired).

SQL (highly desired).

Data Loader (highly desired).

Training (highly desired).

MS Excel (highly desired).

Documentation and presentation (highly desired).

Quality analysis and testing (highly desired).

IIBA certification (highly desired).
