Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee operations at a high-end multi-family housing community in Columbus, Ohio.
This contract-to-permanent position involves managing day-to-day activities within a vibrant residential environment, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining property standards.

Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations for a residential property comprising 375 units across three buildings.
- Coordinate tenant renewals, ensuring smooth transitions and retention.
- Address and resolve tenant issues and complaints with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Assist with maintenance requests, ensuring timely and quality resolutions.
- Provide backup support to leasing agents, including handling prospective tenant inquiries.
- Oversee property management responsibilities in the absence of the Property Manager.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks such as creating Pivot Tables and managing data.
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations and standards.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to maintain a welcoming and supportive community.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to meet operational and organizational goals.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-family property management.
- Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address tenant concerns effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with residential property operations and tenant retention strategies.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Familiarity with HUD regulations and residential real estate practices.
