Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll assist clients as they plan vacations, cruises, and memorable getaways. You’ll learn how to walk customers through options, answer questions, and provide upbeat support from their first inquiry all the way to booking. Training is included to help you grow confidently into the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, helpful customer support through phone, email, and messaging.

- Help clients choose and book travel options such as cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages.

- Go over itineraries, payment timelines, and travel documents with customers.

- Research destinations, deals, and travel options that fit client preferences.

- Resolve simple booking or account issues with guidance.

- Keep communication clear and consistent throughout the planning process.

- Learn travel systems, booking tools, and customer service best practices.
