Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll support clients as they plan vacations, cruises, and getaways. You’ll guide customers through their options, answer questions, and provide friendly assistance from their first inquiry through the final booking. You’ll build confidence in the role as you gain experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide warm, helpful customer support through phone, email, and messaging

- Assist clients with choosing and booking travel options such as cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages

- Review itineraries, payment schedules, and travel documents with customers

- Research destinations, promotions, and travel options that match client preferences

- Troubleshoot basic booking or account issues

- Maintain clear communication and follow up with clients throughout their planning process

- Use travel systems, booking tools, and customer service best practices
