We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process orders, returns, and updates in the system

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or support

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)

• Experience in food service or retail industry (a plus)
