Job Title: Java Spring Boot Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA Onsite 3 days a week

Duration: Contract-to-hire USC or GC preferred

Heitmeyer Consulting is currently seeking Java Spring Boot Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our financial services clients in San Francisco, CA. The Software Developer will act as a technical resource for several applications in the Consumer Deposits team at our client. The Consumer Deposits team works on initiatives including Cards and ATM Management. The Software Developer will specialize in leading large scale application development efforts and working with cross-functional teams to deliver major technical initiatives.

Required Skills:

3-5 years of experience with one or more mainstream programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, etc. and an interest to learn more. Spring Boot and JavaScript experience preferred

3-5 years of hands-on experience designing & implementing full stack solutions following software engineering best practices and industry standards

Experience with vendor management and API Development

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory & OpenShift

Experience with Cloud migration is a big plus Preferred Qualifications

Experience in MongoDB, AWS, or Python

Understanding of banking business and operations, financial experience preferred highly
