What You’ll Do:

Generate new business opportunities by selling natural gas, electricity, and related energy services to commercial and industrial clients within deregulated energy markets

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls (approximately 90% phone, 10% face-to-face) to identify and pursue revenue opportunities

Prepare and present detailed savings analyses and energy solutions tailored to prospective clients’ needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and client accounts to enhance sales effectiveness and long-term partnerships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new customers

Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations

Leverage a consistent work ethic, professional communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to drive growth

Participate in training programs and utilize company-provided resources to maximize performance and career advancement

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with proven experience in a sales-driven, inside/outside sales environment

Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively educate and influence clients

Comfortable learning new processes quickly and efficiently while utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, perform under pressure, and consistently meet performance metrics

Results-oriented with a passion for closing deals, building long-term relationships, and exceeding sales targets

Outgoing, dynamic personality with a “can do” attitude and a strong desire to be challenged and succeed

Demonstrates a competitive mindset, self-motivation, and a consistent drive to win and deliver measurable outcomes
