About the Role

Join our team as a Business Operations Intern and play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations! You'll handle a variety of tasks such as managing product shipments, overseeing our Shopify store, organizing team events, and assisting the co-founders with strategic initiatives. We seek a proactive individual with a love for technology and a keen eye for detail and design. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing cybersecurity startup!

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the shipping of security products to customers, tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain and optimize the company's Shopify store, including inventory management, product listings, and fulfillment.

Plan and execute engaging team events and manage travel logistics effectively.

Support the co-founders with various strategic and operational projects.

Manage the ordering of office supplies and snacks to foster a positive and productive team environment.

Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program, ideally in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.

Proficient with AI tools, particularly using AI agents to boost productivity.

Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing documents and presentations.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience in logistics management, including coordinating shipments and deliveries.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities independently.

Dependable, motivated, and capable of working autonomously.

Availability to work in-office in downtown San Francisco (10-20 hours per week).

Preferred Skills

Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or the startup landscape.

Experience with Lovable or similar AI-enabled applications.

Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Experience in organizing events, travel, or conference logistics.

Background in shipping, logistics, or inventory management.

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for creative projects.

Prior internship or work experience in an office or operations environment.
