Barback

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Barback to join our dynamic team in Kenner, United States. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth bar operations by maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and overall bar efficiency.

Stock and replenish bar supplies including glasses, ice, garnishes, and beverages

Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and glassware

Assist bartenders during peak hours by ensuring adequate inventory levels

Transport and organize supplies between storage areas and bar

Monitor ice levels and operate ice machine

Clean and sanitize bar equipment, surfaces, and glassware

Dispose of trash and recyclables properly

Assist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveries

Support closing procedures including cleaning and restocking

Maintain organized storage areas and coolers

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Must be 21 of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of bar equipment and basic beverage inventory management

Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred

Understanding of proper cleaning and sanitization procedures

Basic math skills for inventory counting and supply management

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
