Desktop Technician II

Research, design, develop, and test computer or computer-related equipment Position

Position Summary:

The candidate will be supporting the End User Computing (ECU) Cummins Team. Their primary responsibility is to download/install software on new machines (laptops). Once the download/installs are completed, the machines will be finally tested by the end-users who will be receiving them.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience - the more experience the better!

• Need to be experienced with troubleshooting - working to find out what the root cause of an issue might be.

• Hires will be working with all levels of people within the organization including leadership.

• Candidates should be effective and articulate communicators and be comfortable with working with all levels of people.
