Qualifications for Gestational Carriers
We prioritize the safety and success of both carrier and baby, which is why applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be between 21 and 39 years old
Be a U.S. citizen residing in a surrogate-friendly state
Have successfully delivered at least one child and currently be a parent
Have no more than two (2) C-section deliveries
Not be receiving government or public assistance
Have a clean medical history with no complications during previous pregnancies
Have no history of significant mental health disorders
Not be taking any medications deemed unsafe for pregnancy
Be prepared to travel for medical appointments
Maintain a healthy lifestyle, abstaining from illicit drugs
Provide a stable home environment and have a strong support network
All qualifications will be thoroughly evaluated during your initial consultation.
Compensation & Benefits
We understand the dedication and care that goes into being a gestational carrier. Our compensation package includes:
Base Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience (for first-time and experienced carriers)
Additional Benefits
$250 monthly expense allowance
$500 maternity clothing allowance
$10,500 for multiple births
Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (according to contract terms)
Compensation for lost wages (for the carrier and spouse, if applicable)
Travel expenses covered
$200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
$20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal fees, and necessary services related to your surrogacy journey will be fully covered.
