Programmer 5 MS CRM Developer

We are seeking a knowledgeable Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Developer to serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support a top client integrate this new CRM tool. This role is ideal for a more senior developer with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on full lifecycle implementation experience capable of wearing different hats as needed (solutions consultant, technical lead, project manager).

The ideal candidate will possess strong architect solutions knowledge and have had successfully completed integrating business solutions (from conception to completion) using MS Dynamics and Power Platform. This includes development, customization, and configuring the Power Platform portal to fit the client's needs. Since this is a client-facing role, top candidates will posess strong communication skills to consult, educate, and train clients on how to best leverage MS Dynamics to support their business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical expert and guide our clients to successfully learn, adopt, and use Microsoft Power Platform through best delivery methodology practices (agile etc)

Collaborate with other developers and project managers to deliver solutions that meet & exceed client expectations within budget and deadlines parameters

Able to integrate other applications to MS Dynamics CRM

Able to build compliant components based on effective and established solutions design

Work in an agile environment and participate in all agile ceremonies

Write, test, and document application components to successfully deliver project-based work

Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards and trends

Resolves symbolic formulations, prepares flowcharts and block diagrams, and encodes resultant equations for processing by applying extensive knowledge of branch of science, engineering, or advanced mathematics, such as differential equations or numerical analysis, and understanding of capabilities and limitations of computer.

This is a professional level non-supervisory position which may require coordination of programming activities being conducted by the team

Confers with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing.

Works with necessary personnel to determine if modifications are necessary with interested personnel to determine necessity for modifications or enhancements.

Leverages excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders.

Skilled in front end languages such as Java Script, Angular JS, and HTML Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus.

7+ years of post-undergrad industry experience and professional experience in solution development using a combination of Power Platform and Multi-Cloud technologies

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

5-7 years as a high-level contributor to solution design activities implementing best practices for web & cloud app security principles

Hands-on experience as solutions architect using Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power BI, and Microsoft Flow

Strong knowledge of CRM & CRM Development processes, UI/UX, Javascript, HTML, and others.

Experience with Azure Services

5-7 years experience with VB .NET (MVC preferred)

5-7 years experience with N-tier application development

5-7 years experience with UI tools such as Jquery, AJAX, Bootstrap, etc

5-7 years experience AGILE SDLC

5-7 years experience using Visual Studio Team System 2012 or higher

Knowledge of AGILE software development methodology.

Knowledge of AGILE software development methodology.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Good written/verbal skills.

Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics Certification.
