Title- Technical Writer

Location-Columbus OH (Hybrid role)

Visa-USC/GC

Duration-6+ Months

Will be attending meetings with architects, and putting into language and artifacts that make sense for the reader

Architects will discuss what they found, the writer will take all of that information and put it into technical documents

Should be somewhat technical

Should be very analytical

Confluence is a plus

Must be very strong in MS Office suite

Should have excellent communication skills

The tech overall is more infrastructure side, if candidate has experience here it's preferred

• Create understandable technology-based review reports for very senior firm executives. This requires being able to provide the correct structure for this type of executive document, describe the business context of an incident, provide an easily understandable summary of the incident and related findings, and then incorporate the technical details about related components

• Write easy-to-read documentation covering all aspects of Business & Technical architectural reviews

• Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style

• Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them

• Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders and help turn complex ideas into consumable content.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners, and advocate for content clarity
