Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of apartment turnover including patching, painting, and flooring.

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to perform physical activities associated with maintenance work is required.

Deadline and detail-oriented

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 60 pounds

Ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
