Pay level 22- 30 dollars an hour

Benefits- after 90 days build 2 weeks vacation a year, potential bonuses, no medical or dental at moment.

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as the Site Responsible Person and Installer for a variety of construction projects in the Treasure Valley, Idaho area. In this role, you will manage all scopes of work, coordinate the efforts of different trades, and ensure each project phase is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Projects will include residential and commercial full remodels, odd jobs, window and door installations, as well as new construction (ground-up). While prior experience is an advantage, we are open to individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. Required training, including First Aid, Lead Safety, and OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certifications, will be provided upon hire. Additional qualifications, such as relevant certifications, experience, or educational achievements like a GED or undergraduate degree, are also beneficial.
