We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dermott City Nursing Home in Dermott, AR. Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and care plans.

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure cohesive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident status.

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.Requirements

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas.

Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate approach towards elderly and vulnerable populations.

Basic computer skills to maintain electronic health records.
