Job Summary

Welding in a fast-paced production-style environment.

Production type welding using wire feed ar welders on a welding line.

Repetitive lifting of materials and product throughout the process up to 50 lbs.

Will be standing at all jobs.

Will be required to work at a steady pace to keep the welding line running smoothly.

Troubleshoot weld problem and make adjustments to correct welding problems such as pin holes,undercut and high or low weld.

Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.

Must be able to learn how to identify welding defects and use weld gauges.

Assemble and MIG weld parts following blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions.

Conduct quality inspections of work.

Maintain equipment in good working condition and report maintenance and safety concerns.

Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Must be flexible in the department and help wherever needed.Qualifications

Must have reliable transportation to/from work

Must be able to report to work each day for your scheduled shift.

willing to work overtime as needed.
