We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us leverage our data to make smarter business decisions and support our continued growth.

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst at Parker House Sausage Co, you will analyze sales, production, and inventory data to provide actionable insights that improve efficiency, drive sales, and enhance our customer experience. You’ll work closely with operations, marketing, and management teams to turn raw data into meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and maintain sales, production, and inventory data.

• Analyze data trends to support business decisions.

• Build dashboards and visual reports for management.

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with teams to forecast demand and track product performance.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all datasets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (entry-level considered).

• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

• Knowledge of predictive modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing data analytics.
