You will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service at all times. ### Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics ### Work Schedule & Training:
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
