Qualifications:
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house creative team, agency, or freelance capacity.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging presentations.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media, with an emphasis on marketing and branding projects.
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices for both print and digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback, with a growth mindset.
Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
Basic knowledge of photography, photo editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting our growing internal Creative Services team, helping to bring the brand vision to life through high-quality design. This position will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets including but not limited to marketing campaigns, internal communications, digital platforms, presentations, advertising, trade shows, and other business needs.
A creative problem-solver with strong design fundamentals and technical expertise, the Graphic Designer thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual content that drives business results. This role also contributes to building a strong, consistent brand presence that positions our company as an industry leader.
Primary Duties:
Design Execution: Support all Creative Services design needs through creation of visual assets for a variety of media, including digital ads, social media graphics, web banners, presentations, event branding and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Campaign Support: Collaborate and develop compelling visuals that support key campaigns, such as business-to-business marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagements.
Brand Stewardship: Uphold the company’s brand standards and contribute to the evolution of the visual identity to ensure a modern and cohesive aesthetic.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting priorities based on business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and the greater business to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic goals.
Innovation & Improvement: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute ideas for improving creative processes and outputs.
Asset Management: Maintain organized files, templates, and design assets for efficient sharing and reuse across the team.
