Operations Administrative Aide
Supply Chain Associate
This is an international company that needs to hire two new Associates who have prior experience and/or education in supply chain. Responsibilities will involve using ERP – i.e. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards skills to create documents such as purchase orders, contracts and other documents related to supply chain management. Prepare new production orders, keeping the team updated on progress. Confirm that products were delivered to customers on time. Work with customers to plan for components to make products. Manage key vendor relationships. They need a person who has a professional, friendly demeanor and a "happy to help" attitude. Because there is interaction cross-functional and with customers you will need above average communication skill sets. They want candidates who have a college degree in business. Experience handling project related assignments is a plus. They are offering a full package of benefits that include annual bonuses. They have 3000+ employees scattered throughout the country.
