Interim HealthCare- Maine is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Auburn, ME. In this role, you will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to our clients, ensuring their health and well-being in various settings. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and families to create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes

Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation

Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and families on health management and care techniquesRequirements

Current LPN license in the state of Maine

Previous nursing experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
