Assists the Service Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the Service Department’s operation within the dealership.

Responsibilities:Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service DepartmentOpen work orders as directed by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman and manage the work order cycle process until they are closed and invoicedMonitor and maintain Service Productivity and Attendance Report for accuracy and weekly payroll processingMaintain the service library with current information (e.g.

files bulletins, manuals, multi-media, etc.) under the direct supervision of the Service ManagerUtilize Modern to assist with scheduling and communication with customersMaintain Service Department filing and recordsKnowledge of DSi and may be responsible for assisting in DSi for transportationUpdate customer profiles regarding equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work ordersResponsible for other duties as assigned by your manager Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:Basic knowledge of accounting practices and office proceduresStrong customer service and communication skills in person and over the phoneAbility to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze and interpret internal reportsGeneral understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent experience LandPro Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
