ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Sales/Service Hybrid position available! The best of both worlds: take care of existing customers, and earn commission too! As an Account Representative for Christine Lawson - State Farm, you will work with customers daily to help with their current policies and meet additional needs. This role is also vital to growing our market with new customers through company-provided marketing, training, and systems.
Signing bonus for current South Carolina P&C and Life/Health/Accident Insurance licenses. If not already licensed, we will map out a plan for licensing with the state of South Carolina for the selected candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Educate customers about our company's insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM, Salesforce.QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic & easy to relate to - ideal.
Detail-oriented and desire to learn.
