Project Manager

Axiom Floors is a nationally licensed hospitality flooring contractor with nearly 20 years of experience renovating hotels, resorts, and timeshares across the US. Our clients include Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Wyndham, Ritz Carlton, and more. We operate with a sense of urgent culture — every project runs with speed, ownership, and uncompromising quality.

THE ROLE

You own the project — from bid through closeout. You'll coordinate directly with GC partners, manage field crews and subcontractors, control costs, and deliver on time. This is a remote-first, travel-heavy position for someone who thrives with autonomy and takes full accountability for outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and submit bids and proposals; coordinate with GC PMs before, during, and after award

Build and manage the execution schedule; adapt quickly when the plan changes

Handle purchasing, material logistics, and supplier coordination nationwide

Direct field crews and subcontractors; inspect and ensure quality at every stage

Own the job cost report; manage all expenses transparently through full financial closeout

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in project management or hospitality renovation projects

Strong estimating skills and financial acumen — you've owned a budget and delivered results

Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely with frequent travel

Clear communicator with GC partners and field teams alike

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) — required

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

Pay: $70,000 base salary

Bonus: Performance bonus tied to project profit-sharing — strong performers earn well above base

Location: Work from home when not traveling; all project travel covered
