Biologist needs 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience (academic or industry) with ELISAs, and automated liquid handlers
Biologist requires:
• Cell culture
• Aseptic technique
• dPCR, qPCR, and RNA-Seq analysis
• pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated GxP laboratory environment
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism)
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with immunoassay techniques, molecular biology workflows, and laboratory automation platforms
Biologist duties:
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot ELISA-based assays for target quantification
• Assist with adaptation of manual ELISA workflows to automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Hamilton STAR/Nimbus, Beckman Biomek, or equivalent) to support high-throughput assays
• Analyze samples using dPCR, qPCR and RNA-Seq pending project direction
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and standards following established protocols and SOPs •
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) records in compliance with data integrity standards •
