Barista

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality Take customer orders and handle payments when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs Follow food safety and sanitation standards Provide friendly and efficient customer service Qualifications At least Senior High School graduate With experience as a barista is an advantage Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment is a plus Good communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Work Requirements Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
