Field Rep Inspector

Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Job description:

MUST BE LOCATED in or around the St Louis Area. We’re currently looking for a Field Representative Inspector to conduct onsite investigations of properties that have sustained damage from insured losses This position can include optional up to 250 miles away.

Responsibilities

1. Work with our inspections team and adjusting team to assess properties.

2. Document damages to properties by taking pictures, and utilizing the proper tools.

3. Be able to communicate and follow instructions while on job sites

4. On site inspections will be required.

Helpful Qualifications:

1. Experience in project cost and estimating.

2. Excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.

3. Ability to identify damage to roofing systems from insured losses.

4. Proficient with Xactimate

5. Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision.

6. Possess a thorough knowledge of roofing legal issues and safety standards.

7. Experience in Commercial Roofing.
