Now Hiring: CNC Milling Machine Operator – 2nd/3rd Shift

$2,600 Sign-On Bonus/ $3/hour shift premium

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. Pay is based on experience, and a skills test may be administered during the interview process.Key Responsibilities

Set Up & Operate CNC Milling Machines based on blueprints and job travelers.

Interpret Technical Drawings to determine part specs, tooling needs, and sequence of operations.

Adjust Tooling & Machine Settings for accurate, efficient production.

Inspect Parts using calipers, micrometers, bore/thread gauges, and other precision tools.

Identify & Separate Nonconforming Parts per company standards.

Perform Secondary Operations like deburring and cleaning.

Maintain Equipment by keeping machines clean, organized, and properly lubricated.Required Skills & Qualifications

(A skills test may be administered to evaluate proficiency)

CNC Milling Experience – required.

Blueprint Reading – ability to interpret detailed technical drawings.

Measurement Tools – skilled in using inspection equipment.

Troubleshooting – capable of making minor machine/tool adjustments.

Math Skills – basic math for measurements and part verification.

Mechanical Aptitude – comfortable working with machining tools and equipment.Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Able to stand for extended periods during the shift.
