Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with warm greetings and exceptional service.
Prepare quality food and beverages to meet customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
Coach and mentor team members to effectively manage tasks and excel in their roles.
Maintain product availability by ensuring proper ordering, merchandising, and rotation of goods.
Ensure cleanliness of the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks involving bending, standing, and reaching; able to lift up to 20 pounds independently and assist with lifting 40 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years of age; note that certain tasks require Supervisors to be 21 years or older in compliance with VA state law.
