WHAT THE LEADERSHIP LAB IS

The Voice Up Leadership Lab is the operational heart of the new accelerator. It contains, under a single roof, a set of interconnected programs that would be extraordinary even if described separately. There is the B Curriculum — seven practices for purpose-driven living: Breathing, Bamboo, Birds, Bench, Banking, Balance, and Belonging. There are interactive leadership games designed for three distinct age ranges: Young Visionaries for ages six through twelve, the Emerging Leaders Game for teenagers, and the Executives Game for working professionals. There is a full STEAM education curriculum with week-by-week lesson plans for kindergarten through fifth grade. There is the Make the Difference research network, an embedded AI Leadership Lab for practicing leaders, and a comprehensive library of case studies, printables, and implementation guides.
