Commercial Superintendent

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required

Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and jobsite safety

Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily jobsite operations from start to completion

Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule

Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce safety protocols

Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project schedules

Communicate progress and issues with project management
