The Senior Credit Processor performs critical credit and collections functions for CNC Associates, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in evaluating and grading applicant credit, as well as preparing informational requests for insightful internal reports.

Mentor and assist in training junior Finance Administrators and credit personnel.

Take charge of credit underwriting for significant transactions exceeding $250,000.

Create models that analyze credit information, aiding in the prediction of trends and patterns.

Utilize your professional judgment to assess which potential borrowers align with acceptable risk profiles for our organization.

Review active open files daily and maintain communication with dealers and in-house staff about their status.

Manage the entire application process from date of receipt through to funding, ensuring all contract documents are complete and secure.

Audit outbound contracts sent by dealers for accuracy.

Collect credit score data for quarterly updates of scorecards.

Stay informed about market conditions related to assessing risk in credit transactions.

Participate in or lead administrative team meetings or events as needed.

Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives to your Supervisor or Manager.

Assist with account inquiries and collection efforts as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

Up to 5% travel may be required.

Proficient in Excel and various accounting, credit, and reporting software.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS/BFA/BSA) from an accredited four-year college or university is required, along with relevant experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Years of Experience:

5-10 years
