Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Communication Correspondent to manage and execute customer follow-up communications. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships by ensuring timely, professional, and personalized outreach through both mail and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Send personalized thank-you letters and emails to customers after vehicle purchases and dealership visits
Maintain and update customer contact records using spreadsheets and CRM tools
Create, format, and manage communication templates using Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets
Ensure all communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with dealership branding
Track follow-up schedules to ensure no customer is missed
Assist in developing new follow-up campaigns and customer engagement ideas
Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure timely communication
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel OR Google Docs and Google Sheets
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred but not required
