Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on all workforce-related matters within a manufacturing environment.
Drive the design and implementation of HR initiatives that align with production goals and operational priorities.
Demonstrate strong expertise in stakeholder collaboration, change management, and aligning business objectives with shifting market conditions.
Manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Champion a culture centered on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
