Maintenance Mechanic

We’re looking for hands-on Maintenance Mechanics at all levels to help keep our production running strong in Webster City, IA. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, we offer a clear path to grow your skills and career.

Level 1 (Entry / Internship)

Great for trade school grads or those with basic mechanical skills.

Assist with repairs (bearings, gearboxes, seals)

Basic electrical & plumbing

Learn troubleshooting and equipment basics

Work under guidance while building skills

Level 2 (1–3 Years Experience)

Ready to work more independently.

Perform PMs on your own

Wire 3-phase motors & use a multimeter

Troubleshoot mechanical & basic electrical issues

Work on gearboxes, plumbing, and starting pneumatics

Level 3 (Experienced Tech)

Take the lead on most maintenance work.

Diagnose & repair equipment independently

Run conduit, wiring, and electrical installs

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and some hydraulic systems

Make VFD adjustments and handle most projects solo

Shift: A 5:30am-6pm Monday-Thursday or Shift B 5:30am-5:30pm Thursday-Sunday

Shift: 5:30pm-6am Monday-Thursday or Shift B 5:30pm-6am Thursday-Sunday

Pay: Depending on experience
