This candidate will support interior and tenant improvement projects across complex facilities, including hospitals and data centers. This role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and partnering with project teams to proactively mitigate risk throughout all phases of construction. The ideal candidate brings hands-on safety leadership experience within interior buildouts and occupied or mission-critical environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Bilingual

3-10 years in safety construction

Experience with

- Tenant Improvement (TI)

- Interiors

- Data Centers/ Hospitals (Mission Critical Spaces)

Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices

Compensation:

$80,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.
