We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR/Payroll coordinator who possesses a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy office environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks effectively. You will excel in this position if you are an effective communicator with good judgment and if you have the ability to change tasks at a moment’s notice.
Job Functions:
Employee Onboarding
Benefit/401k Administration
Process bi-weekly payroll
Create and maintain confidential employee files
Assist in firm recruiting
Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
This is a full-time, in office position. It is desired that the candidate has an Associate’s degree with three to five years of HR/Payroll experience and working computer knowledge in a variety of software applications including MSWord, Excel, Access and Paychex. The candidate must be proficient in English and spelling. Candidate must also enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to interact with employees in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is a must.
