Description:

We are looking for an Advanced Associate to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a smooth fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

High School graduation or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.

Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.

Proficiency in PC-based software, data entry, and ORACLE is a plus.

Experience with RF barcode scanning is advantageous.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

The Advanced Associate will perform a range of essential functions, including:

Preparing, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and shipping materials with high accuracy.

Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment after successful training completion.

Planning and executing necessary activities to meet established schedules.

Coordinating, tracking, and monitoring the loading and unloading of shipments.

Ensuring all duties are performed safely with a priority on safety.

Following inventory control policies and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Assisting in training new and seasonal employees.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 65 pounds, push carts weighing up to 600 pounds, and move pallets weighing up to 2,000 pounds using a pallet jack.

The role involves frequent periods of standing, bending, twisting, and walking while carrying loads.

The pay rate for this position ranges from $20 to $21 per hour.

This position is not bonus eligible. Information on benefits will be provided during the interview process.
