SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for the Multicolor Manager who needs to manage and develop the Multicolor department by planning, directing, and coordinating all Multicolor activities to ensure that equipment is properly run and maintained and that Dealers/Multicolor shops have the training and tools necessary to operate efficiently and in accordance with Jotun’s guidelines.

This position is located in Yangon and direct report to Sales & Marketing Manager, Decorative.

Responsibilities:

Organise, develop, motivate, and lead the Multicolor team by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, and following up with each team member in line with The Penguin Spirit to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole team.

Develop and implement standard procedures, processing, and reporting by utilizing the IFS system and reporting system to ensure the implementation of best practices is achieved through the Multicolour team and ensure that complaints are reduced to a minimum.

Monitor and follow up closely on the quality of maintenance by setting regular maintenance plans for all MCC networks that are achieved through the Multicolour team regarding geographical distribution to ensure that all machines are running properly and minimize customer complaints.

Expand retail network by ordering and following up multicolor stock, installing machines in new shops, and assisting in revamping current dealers to concept shops to achieve sales & marketing targets and forecasts.

Ensure that internal and external customers' machines are serviced according to agreed schedules and repaired in a timely fashion if required.

Maintain agreed service, expenditure, and stock usage records.

Qualifications

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology is preferred.

Typically, 5 years of experiences in similar industries such as Machine suppliers or service contractors for tinting, weighing, or dispensing systems etc.

Very good communication skills in native, Burmese and English language are essential.

Proficiency with relevant software for machine operation.
