Job Description We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support. Responsibilities:
Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions
Document all interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
