Pay: $20-23/hr

Shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday and 3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday plus OT on off days as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator. Will be responsible for operating CNC mills and ensuring the quality and precision of manufactured parts. The role requires familiarity with inspecting parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills.

Inspect parts with precision tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Maintain tolerances as low as 0 and sometimes in negative values.

Change out broken tooling and perform machine setups and teardowns.

Adjust machine offsets as needed.

Perform preventive maintenance on machines.

Operate and manage up to three machines simultaneously.

Essential Skills

2-3 years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in CNC machining and milling.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the medical device field is a bonus.

Swiss machining experience is highly desirable.

Working knowledge of microscopes is a significant advantage.

Flexible to work with low volume and high mix productions.

Work Environment
